Your organization pays nothing unless card fees for the event come to less than $99. Then we charge only the difference. Card processing passes through at cost, cash and checks are free, and there are no tip prompts.

Asked and answered
- Who pays the fees?
- Your golfers and sponsors. The service fee and card processing are added at checkout, so your organization receives the full ticket price. They see one all-in price with the breakdown before they pay. Your organization pays nothing unless card fees for the event come to less than $99.
- How does the $99 minimum work?
- It's the only time your organization pays anything. Every published event has a $99 minimum, and the fees your golfers and sponsors pay at checkout count toward it, so most events never see it. You save a card when you publish, and three days after the event we charge only the difference, if there is one. Your dashboard shows fees so far against the minimum the whole time. Draft and test events are free.
- What does it cost to record cash and checks?
- Nothing. Payments you record yourself carry no fee. Those golfers are paired, scored, and printed like everyone else.
- Will golfers see a tip prompt?
- No. There is no tip prompt at checkout. Golfers pay your price and our stated fee, nothing more.
- Where does the money go?
- Straight to your organization. Payouts run through Stripe to your own connected account, on Stripe's schedule. We take our fee at the moment of each payment, and never hold your funds.
- What happens on a large outing?
- The fee stops at $199 per event, sponsors included. On the annual plan it stops at $149.
